What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Bags are usually 100–300 pcs per style/color. Trial orders are negotiable — tell us your needs.
Do you sell retail or single pieces?
No. We manufacture wholesale B2B only and do not list retail prices. We supply brands, importers, wholesalers and distributors.
Can I get a price list?
Pricing depends on material, construction, quantity, logo and packaging, so we quote per inquiry. Send your spec sheet for an accurate quote.
Sampling & Customization
How long does sampling take?
Standard samples take 5–7 working days; custom materials about 7–10 days. The sample fee is refundable against your bulk order.
What do you need to make a custom sample?
A sketch, tech pack, reference photo or an actual sample, plus material, size, color, hardware and logo requirements. Files can be uploaded via our inquiry form.
Can you add my logo and brand packaging?
Yes — embossing, foil stamping, metal badges, woven labels, custom dust bags, hang tags and branded boxes are all available.
Payment & Shipping
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T 30% deposit and 70% before shipment is standard; L/C and other terms are available for established partners. Sample payment is accepted via PayPal/Western Union/Trade Assurance.
How do you ship, and how long does it take?
We offer sea freight (most cost-effective for bulk), air freight and express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Sea is roughly 20–40 days depending on destination; express is 3–7 days. We provide full export documents.
What is the production lead time?
Mass production typically takes 25–35 working days after deposit and sample approval, depending on quantity and material availability.
Quality
How do you control quality?
We run IQC on incoming materials, IPQC during production, and a final AQL 2.5 random inspection for function, dimensions, appearance and packaging before shipment.
